Why don't we show the exact address?

Our technicians are based from their home addresses. What does this mean to you?

It means that we are able to offer a much more competitive price on repairs, as we don't have to pass on all the overheads of a shopfront to our customers.

It does mean the slight inconvinience of booking a time to see one of our technicians, but in most cases we are able to diagnose and provide a quote on repairs without needing to see the laptop, and order in the parts required for the repair. Rest assured, all of our work comes with a 3 month warranty on parts and labour.
